What is a reliable hand operated water pump for inside home

Hi there,

I have been considering a King hand operated water pitcher pump BSC-75
for drawing water from a cistern and into our straw bale house? Does anyone have any useful comments on hand pumps or other suggestions for sources of hand pumps?

They're a "hardware store" in Amish country in Ohio specializing in country living technology. Sometimes their prices are a little high but it's a good place to start.
