Code change?

I just heard that the CA greywater code is changing. Where can I find out about the changes? I need to get updated because I am giving a presentation on laundry greywater to a class full of professional landscape designers at the Merritt College LandHort department on Tuesday.

It appears from some posts on the ca-gw list-serv that unpermitted simple systems may be nixed from the new code.

I was going to tell people at this presentation that laundry greywater is legal without a permit, which is true...at the moment.

I suppose I could leave it at that or give them the full picture that this will probably not be the case soon.

It would be great to know exactly WHO is so damn opposed to simple system exemption.
