Items which are not listed in the order form above (ones which are not ours and the retail package deals) are not available wholesale.
Please order in the case pack quantities whenever possible. We reserve the right to adjust quantities up or down to meet the nearest case pack. We will contact you for authorization if the adjustment exceeds 15%.

There is a 10% restock fee for product returned in perfect condition within 60 days. You are responsible for return shipping charges.
Product which has the slightest damage is not returnable, as we can't resell it.

No return authorization is needed if it is shipped back to us within thirty days of your receipt of the order.

We are a very small business. Please be patient with your customer service requests. It may take us a while, but we will resolve any issues to your satisfaction.
All books have EAN bar codes and a consumer-readable price on the back cover.Water Storage (book) and The New Create an Oasis with Grey Water (book) are perfect bound with color covers. The other books are soft cover, saddle-stitched, with a black and white cover and the title imprinted on the "spine."
Marketing Ad copy and/or newsletter ready articles and graphics on Mac or IBM diskette are available upon request or you can get them from the Downloadable copy & graphics page. We can also provide review copies to your favorite publications or write articles on greywater for them. We occasionally coop ads.
